What drew you to this role and what got you started in this field?
The opportunity to do garden installation, working with different elements & plants outside to create a beautiful garden – yes please! After looking through the website & instagram I knew I had to apply. I studied permaculture & holistic landscape design at Bastyr where I learned a wide range of horticulture & design skills. I have also worked at various horticultural & construction jobs to fill my toolbelt before landing at SSG.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
I enjoy baking bread & hanging out in my garden or trying to explore all the parks around the city. I’ve got two kids to keep busy – they tag along to all the garden consults & help deliver tools to other employees.
