I started out on the supplier side of the industry and when the opportunity arose to actually practice the transformations I’d been selling, I decided to take a chance. It’s been three years since I started working with the installation team and I’m still thrilled to be working in the field with my hands. As a manager, I love creating new spaces and taking risks. I get the opportunity to be creative and problem solve every day. It is not often that you find a job so willing to nurture that!
